Data Deletion

You can delete your Control Output account and everything in it from Settings. The live data and uploaded files are removed immediately. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days.

We store your profile, product brief, workspaces, channel plans, work you log, agent output, and the public handles and metrics you choose to enter. Account connections are not available during beta. We never ask for social account passwords, post on your behalf, or read private messages.

To delete your account:

• Open Settings in the dashboard.
• Choose Delete account and confirm.

This removes your account data and feedback uploads from the live service. If you cannot sign in, email hi@controloutput.com from the address you used to register.

Deleted data disappears from the live database immediately. Encrypted database backups expire automatically within 30 days, after which no copy exists anywhere.
