Control Output is the outreach scoreboard for founders running 3–10 social accounts. You already know what to post. The hard part is showing up every day, on every channel, and having proof you did. That's what this playbook is for: to help you build a daily distribution rhythm and keep it.
What you'll get out of this playbook
- A clear weekly schedule for posting across Reddit, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram.
- Specific subreddit picks, post angles, and comment patterns for each platform.
- A way to measure that doesn't lie to you. No vanity metrics. Just receipts.
The four-step setup
1. Add your first account
Pick a platform, drop in your handle, and pick a label (Personal, Company, or anything custom). You can add as many accounts as you want.
2. Install the Chrome extension
The extension auto-tracks Reddit posts, comments, and upvotes. On X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram it counts every post and comment click as you ship them. Anything it misses you can log manually.
3. Watch the heatmap fill in
Every day you ship something, the cell for that day lights up. Stack honest streaks. The heatmap is per-account and aggregated, so you can see which channel you're starving.
4. Read this playbook chapter by chapter
Pick the channel you're weakest on first. The "Reddit", "X", "LinkedIn", "TikTok" and "Instagram" sections are written to be read top to bottom, but each chapter stands alone too.
What we don't do
- We don't auto-post for you.
- We don't scrape private data or fake engagement.
- No likes or follows count toward streaks unless they're real actions you took.
The point of Control Output is proof you showed up. The point of this playbook is to make that proof inevitable.
